Forge Revenue Systems provides estimate follow-up and customer re-engagement services for residential HVAC service providers. This page describes how consumers consent to receive SMS text messages, what messages they receive, and how to stop them at any time.

How You Opt In

You will only receive text messages related to a service estimate or service request that you initiated with your HVAC service provider. Consent to receive messages is collected in one of the following ways:

What Messages You Receive

Messages relate solely to your existing estimate or service request: follow-ups on quotes you received, scheduling invitations, and status updates. Typical frequency is 1–4 messages per month for the duration of your open estimate.

Example message: "Hi Jane, this is [Service Provider Name] following up on the AC replacement estimate we prepared for you. Still thinking it over? Reply YES and we'll get you on the schedule. Reply STOP to opt out."

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to immediately stop receiving texts. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further. Reply HELP for assistance. Opt-outs are honored permanently and automatically.

Privacy

Phone numbers and consent records are used exclusively to deliver the messages described above on behalf of the service provider you contacted. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with any third party.
